Loans & Lines of Credit

We have a full array of lines of credit; loans, and guaranteed loan programs that other banks might also offer, however it is our expertise in matching loan types to borrowing needs that sets us apart from the rest. Reach out to us so we can help you find the one that fits your business' unique needs.

Term Loans - Looking to purchase a new machine or piece of equipment? A term loan might be the right option for you! These loans provide the credit needed to support permanent working capital, equipment purchases, or property expansion. Each loan is structured to suit your particular needs. Term loans supply the growth capital you need while allowing extended periods of repayment.

Lines of Credit - Short-term borrowing to support your trading cycle could save you money.  Minimize costs and maximize flexibility by drawing money only as it's needed and repaying as your cash position increases.

Commercial Real Estate - We can provide a variety of loan products for the purchase, construction, improvement, or expansion of your commercial real estate property.

Municipal Loans - We are pleased to work with our local municpalities. Please contact our expert commercial lending team to arrange a one-on-one meeting.

SBA Loans - These loans are extended by the bank with the guarantee of the federal government to provide your business with access to secured financing when conventional collateral might not be adequate.  As a participating SBA lender, we can assist eligible businesses in obtaining this type of financing.

USDA Loans - If your business is located in a rural community, you may qualify for special financing. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) currently maintains a Business and Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loan Program.  The USDA provides guarantees of up to 80% of a loan made by a commercial lender.

VEDA Loans - VEDA’s Vermont Small Business Loan Program is available to assist growing Vermont small businesses that are unable to access adequate sources of conventional financing.
